The office telephone is for immediate emergency and illness calls only. Students need to plan ahead to avoid requests of phone use for other purposes. A telephone is available, in the office, before and after school for students to use for other needs.


When you call the office, you will be asked to leave a message for your child and we will get the message out to him/her as soon as possible.

CELL PHONES - As stated in the Middle School Code Of Conduct:

Students may possess or use electronic signaling devices, including but not limited to pagers, beepers, and cellular/digital telephones, or school issued devices, provided that such devices do not disrupt the educational program or school activity. Electronic signaling devices shall be turned off during school hours and kept in their backpack.

Students are required to have any electronic signaling devices turned off while on campus and at any time directed by a District employee. If disruption occurs, the employees may direct the student to turn off the device and/or confiscate the device until the end of the class period, school day, or activity.

No student shall be prohibited from possessing or using an electronic signaling device that is determined by a licensed physician or surgeon to be essential for the student’s health and the use of which are limited to health-related purposes. (Education Code 48901.5)

Note: The Board of Trustees, the District, its employees and agents shall not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged devices, including but not limited to financial consequences related to the misuse of cellular phones or other electronic signaling devices.
